Should information got from torture be used in an investigation?

Hmmmmm...certainly not that straight forward, but then most debative issues arent. We live in a world now where terrorist activities serial killing to mention but a few crimes seem to be on the rise. I certainly dont think that a suspect should undergo torture to get information on an ongoing crime investigation/investigation, because the person is still just a "suspect". Haven said that though, this does not mean that I agree with torture of any kind, but then am I sure about that? This is where it can get confusing. A terrorist caught trying to say blow up a building or disrupt some negotiations certainly is not a suspect per say, but how do you get information from such a person in a civil manner if there is the inclination that he is not acting alone?

When A Man cries RAPE!!

Rape!! A violent sexual act carried out on a person by another. However it can be quite difficult for some people and dare I to say mostly women to believe when a man says he has been raped by a woman. Now I am not talking about a grown up woman having sex with a boy of say 10 (Statutory rape). Certainly a few people I have spoken to find it hard to believe that a woman can have sex with man against his will a.k.a Rape, well mainly because as they say it is difficult for a man to be overpowered by a woman let alone have sexual intercourse with him. So when would a situation or should a man say he has been raped by a woman?

The far-right British National Party (BNP) has decided to have non-white members

This is an insult to the people of this country. Why anyone in their right mind would vote for and would want to be associated with this party is beyond me. Now the BNP say they are a pro white party and want Britain to stay White british (Please correct me if I am wrong). They have now decided to become accomodating to non-white members because they have been mandated to do so by the court. This party definately has no principles and as far as I am concerned morally bankrupt.

Is the British Democratic system a model system for the rest of the world?

It certainly has a good system, but should it be considered "The model system" for the rest of the world?

Should the death penalty be introduced in the UK?

Some people are of the opinion that the UK legal system is leniant in some cases, which allows for people to do crimes knowing they would get a lighter sentence. With this in mind some people think the Death Penalty should be introduced.
